Bergamot lemon liqueur
The lemon bergamot liqueur is one of the specialties of the Manguin Distillery who produces this nectar using traditional methods. Lemons coupled with bergamot offer a sweet and tasty liqueur in the mouth. Lemon lovers will discover a refined drink, balanced and less sweet than Limoncello.
To make this liqueur, a selection of fruits bio and a slow maceration are necessary, followed by a filtration and an addition of sugar at least of the liqueur appellation.
In effect, this bergamot lemon liqueur has an alcohol content of 40°c and knows how to be appreciated at the end of a meal. You can accompany it with vanilla ice cream or other desserts.

Lemon liqueur is both sour and sweet. You will therefore have to make a choice for a cocktail that leans to one side or the other according to your desires..
In truly original cocktails :
Lemon liqueur + Gin : you can combine lemon liqueur with Oligin (an olive gin) and a dash of sparkling water or Tonic.
Lemon liqueur + Pastis : a shot of liquor, a dose of Pastis from Avignon and fresh water.
Martini + lemon liqueur : guaranteed freshness ! Add a slice of lemon and a few ice cubes.
Vodka + lemon liqueur : add some mint leaves and ice cubes.
Grapefruit lemon liqueur : add 3 doses of gin, a dose of lemon liqueur and 3 grapefruit juice shots.
Citron Sunrise ! 3 doses of vodka, 2 doses of lemon liqueur, 6 doses of orange juice, a light dash of grenadine at the end to create the gradient.
