Damaged package

Your package was accidentally damaged in transit ?

The care that ProvençalBox brings to your parcels stops at the deposit of it with the carrier. If it is damaged during transport, we have the possibility to appeal against the carrier and seek compensation from their insurance.

So that we can make this claim and send you new goods, we will need certain proofs which are imposed on us by the carrier's insurance.

It will imperatively be necessary :

  • an exterior photo of the package,
  • an interior photo where you can clearly see the wedging of the products,
  • a photo of everything damaged,
  • the carrier's voucher where you mentioned that the package is damaged.
