Lavender liqueur from Provence
Lavender liqueur is a Provençal specialty and the Manguin Distillery who produces this nectar uses traditional methods. Lavender sprigs are also used to make a sweet and tasty liqueur, whose virtues are antiseptic, digestive and calming.
The use of lavender in cooking or drinking not from today. The Romans already used it for its taste but also for its antiseptic property.
In effect, this lavender liqueur has only 34°c of alcohol and knows how to be appreciated at the end of a meal, see accompanied by vanilla ice cream. The Lavender/Vanilla accord works very well, you will surprise those to whom you are going to serve it.

Lavender liqueur based cocktail
You can drink this lavender liqueur on a bed of crushed ice or combine it with a white wine to make a very fresh Provençal Kir.
For light freshness, add a dose of liqueur lavender pour 4 shots of sparkling water, without forgetting a slice of lemon and a few ice cubes. This cocktail is said to have effects against anxiety and headaches. To be consumed in moderation of course.
