AOC Provence olive oil Chateau Virant is a blend of several varieties of olives, including Salonenque and Aglandau to 85%, Picholine, and is produced from olives harvested and processed in the 12 hours that follow. It is creamy and balanced, with complex aromas of fresh grass, hawthorn, almond and green apple. Its color is pale green with yellow reflections and it offers a long presence in the mouth thanks to its slight bitterness and ardor.. These two attributes, that fade over time, also ensure the good conservation of this precious oil, rich in natural antioxidants.
