These delicious fish are prepared by hand and put on a grill to be steamed. The extraordinary marinade of the fisherman with extra olive oil, citron, organic garlic and parsley or the one with peppers and chilli, will delight lovers of high taste with the scents of Provence. They will be the ideal accompaniment for your dinner aperitifs. They are accompanied exclusively by ingredients from the’Organic Agriculture.

Origin

The family business Ferrigno, fishermen in the Mediterranean for three generations, works fresh fish on site, a few meters from the beach. This traditional cannery is based in Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône, which allows him to work all his fish in the best possible conditions.

At the gates of the Camargue, this family business respects the purest tradition and makes it a point of honor to respect Provençal recipes.
