Tasting
Roussanne blend (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%). Brilliant golden yellow color. An intense fresh and floral nose (broom, acacia). A complex mouth, perfectly balanced with a lot of fat and an elegant freshness. Intense notes of pastry cream, vanilla, apricot, vine peach and honey. Nice length in the mouth.
Aging potential : 7 to 10 ans
Terroir
Château Vignelaure, on horseback in the town of Rians (Was) and Jouques (Bouches-du-Rhone), spans more than 200 hectares dont 55 planted in vines. The heavily stony clay-limestone soil located between 350 et 400 m d’altitude, classified as AOC Coteaux d’Aix- in Provence, enjoys a cool climate with large temperature differences between day and night.
