• 40% Syrah.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested manually from mid-September, boxed and vinified with total destemming. Fermentation takes place at 25 °C. Traditional aging in stainless steel vats.

Degrees : 14.5%
Serve chilled between 16 and 18°C.
Yield : 20hl/ha.

Tasting

Garnet color, nose of red forest fruits (blackberries, raspberries, black cherries) opening on spices with aeration. The mouth is fleshy, mature, ronde. We find exactly the same aromas from the nose to the mouth with a fresh and rounded finish..

Dare to surprise, this wine goes perfectly with fish.

Terroir

The Domaine Clef de St Thomas de 10 hectares is made up of different plots planted towards Courtheson and also in the south of the village on Charbonnières. This cuvée is a plot selection from Charbonnières.
