Pressed at the Fare les Oliviers, l’PDO Aix-en-Provence olive oil the Perdriere, will delight lovers of intense green fruitiness. Available in two sizes, 250ml et 500ml, it will accompany your salads, seasonings, purees or fish.
Organic olive oil in 2020
Since July 2018, the orchard is in organic conversion. Olive oil will therefore be officially classified as organic in 2020.
Moulin La Fare les Oliviers
The olive harvest domain of La Perdrière takes place from October to December and is done manually. A traditional harvest with nets on the ground and vibrating combs to make the olives fall.
The harvest is pressed at the olive oil mill in La Fare les Oliviers where La Perdrière is a cooperator.
