Pressed at the Fare les Oliviers, AOP Aix-en-Provence La Perdrière olive oil, this fruity green, is flavored with spirulina produced on the estate. It will accompany your salads, seasonings, purees or fish.

Organic olive oil in 2020
Since July 2018, the orchard is in organic conversion. Olive oil will therefore be officially classified as organic in 2020.
Moulin La Fare les Oliviers
The harvest of olives from the Domaine de La Perdrière takes place from October to December and is done manually. A traditional harvest with nets on the ground and vibrating combs to make the olives fall.
The harvest is pressed olive oil mill from La Fare les Oliviers where La Perdrière is a cooperator.
