Description

Olive oil mackerel are prepared by hand as before and put on a grill to be steamed. Keep in olive oil so as not to distort its taste, mackerels are rich in omega 3 and vitamin D. It is the ideal accompaniment for your starters, dinner appetizers or sandwiches. These mackerels are guaranteed without frying to preserve all the original taste.

Recipe ideas : Mackerel to be enjoyed as they are accompanied by a salad or just presented in their sublime box for an aperitif.

Origin

The family business Ferrigno, fishermen in the Mediterranean for three generations, works fresh fish on site, a few meters from the beach. This traditional cannery is based in Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône, which allows him to work all his fish in the best possible conditions.

At the gates of the Camargue, this family business respects the purest tradition and makes it a point of honor to respect Provençal recipes.
