Green Lucques table olives – The Bastidettes

L’green Lucques table olive, grown at the gates of the Camargue, is a classic Provençal aperitif. This variety of olive, the “Lucca”, is recognizable by its curved shape.

The confectioners of Domaine les Bastidettes have worked this variety of’green olives according to traditional Picholine method. After debittering, it is preserved in brine water + salt to keep its flavor and crunch. This olive with an exceptional taste will reveal all its flavor once drained.
