Black olives from Provence – The Lieutenant

Discover the black olives of Provence. They will ideally accompany your aperitifs but also your rice salads, poultry or fish. These olives are grown in the Valley of Baux de Provence.

The confectioners of The Lieutenant have worked this variety of’green olives according to the traditional method. After debittering, candied olive in brine to keep its natural crunch then put in marinade.
