Wild sardines in organic rapeseed oil are prepared by hand and put on a grill to be steamed. They are guaranteed without frying to preserve all the original taste. Origin
The family business Ferrigno, fishermen in the Mediterranean for three generations, works fresh fish on site, a few meters from the beach. This traditional cannery is based in Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône, which allows him to work all his fish in the best possible conditions.
