Description
Wild sardines with organic peppers and chilli are prepared by hand and put on a grill to be steamed. A slight taste of chilli spice up the sardines in the background, so as not to distort the taste, and will be perfect for a spicy aperitif. These sardines are guaranteed without frying to preserve all the original taste. They are accompanied exclusively by ingredients from organic farming.
Naturally rich in omega 3, in vitamin D, calcium and phosphore, sardines get better with time.
Recipe ideas : mini sardine pies on a bed of guacamole.
A simple pleasure : A slice of country bread spread with butter, on which is placed a sardine fillet, all accompanied by a small glass of white wine from Provence or a glass of chilled Pastis de Marseille.
Origin
The family business Ferrigno, fishermen in the Mediterranean for three generations, works fresh fish on site, a few meters from the beach. This traditional cannery is based in Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône, which allows him to work all his fish in the best possible conditions.
At the gates of the Camargue, this family business respects the purest tradition and makes it a point of honor to respect Provençal recipes.

I love canned sardines. (and out of the box too !) and I have to say that they are really excellent. Fondant….. butter !!!
Spicy just right.
It does not mask the taste of sardines.
I will have to taste the others…
