Description
This artisanal farmed wild boar terrine with juniper contains no preservatives or colorants.. At the foot of Aix-en-Provence, lost in the garrigue, a herd of 400 heads of purebred boars, is raised with grains grown on the property and in the good air of Provence. Unlike wild boar meat, this juniper terrine is not at all strong in the mouth, on the contrary ! The finesse of the flavors will transform any country aperitif into a gourmet snack.
Ingredients
Wild boar 42% (meat, gras, foie), pork fat, Red wine (contains sulfites), eggs, sel, Cognac, onions, wheat flour, potato starch, juniper 0,3%, spices.
