Description
Tasting
A deep yellow color with golden reflections, you will discover woody aromas on the nose, complex with subtle hints of vanilla, toasted almonds, roasted coffee and a slight aroma of butter. In mouth, this white wine offers subtle notes of cooked fruit, generous notes of spices, Of wood, of butter and a subtle note of toasted almonds.
To be enjoyed with scallop carpaccios, fish or white meat in sauce. It is ideal for veal blanquette and goat cheeses.
Terroir
The vines are located in the commune of Rognes, in the heart of Provence. Domain of 45 hectares, in sustainable agriculture, under the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation.

Vinification and aging
The wines of the Domaine de Naïs are produced in reasoned culture. The harvest is mechanical. The elaboration of the wine is done by total destemming and fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Fermentation is malolactic, classic vinification and pre-fermentation cold maceration.
