Description

Tasting of the Bouquet of Roses

This wine will go perfectly with white meat, fish or shellfish. The chocolate/coconut scallop tartare was specially designed by Marc de Passorio at the Esprit de la Violette in Aix en Provence, in perfect agreement with this rosé wine.

Terroir of Domaine Beauchamp

The vines of Domaine Beauchamp are located in the municipality of Lambesc between Aix-en-Provence and Salon de Provence. This area of 7 hectares operated by Jean-Regis Valor et Bernard Guillou offers organic wine, under the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation.

  • 90 % Syrah,
  • 10 % Grenache.

Vinification and aging

  • Degrees : 13°C.
  • Service : in between 11 and 12°C.
  • Garde : 1 to 5 ans.
