Tasting
Very expressive with notes of forest fruits, musk and exotic wood, in the nose as in the mouth. Freshness and balance characterize this vintage, with a nice sweetness that makes it delicious, silky tannins and a finely crafted woodiness.

This cuvée will be perfect with tasty meats such as duck with olives, the lamb, the stew …
The richness of its structure, the quality of its tannins will allow it to honor spicy dishes as well as characterful cheeses.
Winemaking
The grapes are completely destemmed and then cooled for vinification for about two weeks at 24°C..
The breeding of 6 to 8 month is taken to an air-conditioned cellar, inside barrels and demi-muids of 2 et 3 wines. It is a partial breeding.
Traditional vinification at 16°C.
Serve chilled between 8 and 10°C.
Yield : 60hl/ha.
Terroir
Some of the grape varieties grow on the slopes of Calisanne while the others are exalted on the northern part of the vineyard, on a clay-limestone soil benefiting from a southern exposure.
