Located between the Alpilles and the Etang de Berre, this terroir is made up of clay-limestone soil and clay-sandy soil.
Winemaking : Precision and delicacy
Ce Red wine Results from a rigorous vinification, where each step is precisely orchestrated to capture the essence of Grenache grape varieties, syrah, and cinsault. The manual harvest of grapes to their perfect maturity, followed by gentle pressurization and fermentation at controlled temperature, ensures the conservation of all the subtle aromas and the invigorating freshness of the wine.
This is a direct pressing rosé wine, in Inertys press (under nitrogen), stabling on the grenaches during 3 weeks.
Traditional vinification at 16°C.
Serve chilled between 8 and 10°C.
