Ce Organic red Bandol wine will go perfectly with grilled red meat or in sauce, leg of lamb, canard, stew and truffle-based recipes. Ce Bandol red Domaine La Begude will go well with Mediterranean cuisines.
Terroir
The vines are located in the town of bandol. The Domaine de La Bégude is a vast territory of 500 hectares, dont 22 hectares are vines.
- 90 % Mourvèdre,
- 10 % Grenache.
Vinification and aging
- 18 months in oak barrels.
- Degrees : 13,5°C.
- Service : in between 11 and 12°C.
- Garde : 8years and older.
