This wine goes perfectly with white or red meat dishes.. It also goes wonderfully with chocolate or fruity desserts..

Description

Tasting

Garnet red color, nose of red fruits/fresh fruits. Its mouth immediately displays a complexity and a supple structure.. Fruits and spices are dominant in this gourmet wine. The tannins are present but remain round. It has a good balance and therefore a good aging potential..

Terroir

The vines are located in the commune of Lambesc between Aix-en-Provence and Salon de Provence.. This area of 7 hectares operated by Jean-Régis Valor offers a wine in organic farming, under the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation.

  • 15 % Syrah,
  • 95 % Grenache.

Vinification and aging

  • Degrees : 14,5°C.
  • Service : in between 13 and 14°C.
  • Garde : 1 to 7 ans.
