A desire for original wine ? Amphora Time will surprise you both with its originality and its intention to return to the origins of wine. This red wine has a breeding 6 month in earthen amphora. The objective of this amphora is to refine the fruits and thus soften the tannins.

Organic wine since always and labeled since 2018, Amphora Time of Domaine Beauchamp is a real favorite.

Taste it simply with charcuterie as an aperitif, a red meat or a good Provençal cheese platter.

Tasting

To be enjoyed with fine red meats, cheese or simply as an aperitif with charcuterie and wild boar terrine.

Terroir

The vines are located in the commune of Lambesc between Aix-en-Provence and Salon de Provence.. This area of 7 hectares operated by Jean-Régis Valor offers a wine in organic farming, under the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation.

  • 90 % Syrah,
  • 10 % Grenache.

Vinification and aging

A breeding of 6 month in Amphora is carried out for this cuvée. The objective is to refine the fruit and soften the tannins.

  • Degrees : 14,5°C.
  • Service : in between 14 and 16°C.
  • Garde : 1 to 7 ans
