Sardine creams à la Brousse are prepared by hand in the Ferrigno workshops in Port Saint Louis du Rhône. Ideal accompaniment for an aperitif 100% Provence. These creams are made from Bush, sardines, rich in omega 3 and vitamins D, peppers, rapeseed oil, garlic, salt, pepper and spices.
Origin
The family business Ferrigno, fishermen in the Mediterranean for three generations, works fresh fish on site, a few meters from the beach. This traditional cannery is based in Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône, which allows him to work all his fish in the best possible conditions.
At the gates of the Camargue, this family business respects the purest tradition and makes it a point of honor to respect Provençal recipes.
