Red wine The Gourmet of Château Les Valentines : Generous and grilled nose revealing aromas of candied black berries, cherry, bitter cocoa. A note of well-roasted aging. Bouche ample, ronde, plump and smooth, endowed with tannins to let melt. Serve with red meat, braised beef, game and tasty cheeses.

Located at La Londe-les-Maures, on the coast of the Côtes de Provence Appellation, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, Château Les Valentines extends over 35 hectares, surrounded by pine forest and scrubland.

Vinification and aging of the cuvée “The Gourmand”

• Degrees : 13,5°C.
• Service : in between 16 and 18°C.
• Garde : 7 to 10 ans.
