Attention, for orders placed on Provençal Box, only one free return per order is supported by our services.
Returned products must not have been opened and the packaging must be intact..
The return is not possible from the DOM-TOM or international, nor for items with personalization.
1. LOG IN to My Account
- Sign into your account (at the top right of the menu “boutique” « My account »).
- Visit our return portal.
2. PRINT THE PDF RECEIVED BY EMAIL
- Print “return label” received by e-mail and cut out the dotted part.
- Keep the other part and have the stamp and signature of the relay point affixed during shipment.
- Before affixing the return label, make sure you have fully prepared your return package.
3. PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE
- Return your items to their original packaging and slip them into the package (undamaged and in perfect condition for resale).
- Complete and imperatively enclose the return slip as well as the exchange order form, if applicable. For a refund, thank you to specify on the good return the mention “repayment”.
- Close your package properly and stick the return label that you have printed on the upper side of your package.
4. DELIVER YOUR PARCEL AT A RELAY POINT
- To take advantage of the free return, you have to drop off your package at a Mondial Relay Point (attention, please do not leave your package in a letterbox or post office).
- To find out about existing drop-off points and their opening hours, consult the relay points near your home indicated on your label.
- You will receive a confirmation par e-mail upon receipt of your package.

Reimbursement is made by bank transfer or recredit of your bank card.
How long does it take to get a refund ?
Reimbursement is made within a maximum period of 14 open days from the receipt of your return by our services. Upon receipt of your return with refund request, we establish a credit note and proceed with the refund.
