Discovery of olive alcohol
When we were offered to taste an aperitif based on’olive alcohol, we were both surprised and intrigued. In effect, we had no reference on the’distilled olive and it's okay, because this product is new and unique.
From the first tasting, we fell in love with this very subtle aperitif where the olive is really present and pleasant. The originality and fruity taste of this alcohol met with unanimous approval from all the tasters. (women and men).
Distilled in the traditional copper still of the Manguin House in Avignon, this 18° aperitif will undoubtedly seduce you and will pleasantly surprise those to whom you will introduce it.

To accompany this aperitif, we created the box Elayos which includes a distilled olive aperitif, a black olive tapenade from Baronies, a Green tapenade and an artichoke cream with green olives.
