Beautiful discovery of a wonderful nectar, of what olives can give us better. H olive oil is a real velvet for the most delicate palates. Beneath a dress with intense bronze reflections, reveals a bouquet of astonishing complexity, an admirable balance between richness and finesse, opulence and freshness. Its subtly spicy fruitiness, supported by a slight bitterness and a controlled pungency, leaves a pleasant memory of purity and harmony.
Olive oil H will get along wonderfully with vegetables, fine fish, goat cheese… A light drizzle of this aromatic concentrate will suffice to adorn these dishes and to evoke your sweetest memories of holidays in the sun..
Patrick Fischnaller, owner of the restaurant Le Vivier (1 michelin star).
Nez : intense, costs, herbaceous, wet grass, garrigue followed by lawyer's notes, sweet almond and banana. In mouth : ronde, medium intensity, burning, very balanced and very persistent bitterness. We find the notes detected on the nose but also a real taste of olive !
Christine Cheylan, olive oil expert and most titled olive grower in France, owner of the Moulin de Château Virant.
Oil H is a balanced aromatic oil with sustained aromas, which gives it a very good length in the mouth. By tasting it, we walk in his garden. The notes of fresh grass are present with a floral side. However, it is an oil with character because its peppery final note (due to antioxidants) contributes to its presence in the mouth. It is characterized by a note of freshness which gives it its fluidity and harmony..
Guy Savoy, Restaurant Guy Savoy (3 Michelin stars), Paris Mint Hall, voted best restaurant in the world by La List 2017. Last works «Guy Savoy – Savoring Life/Happy Memories» (flammarion) and “All About the Egg/The Egg in 90 receipts" (Telemaque editions).
It is a very fragrant oil, with very marked vegetable flavors (dandelion), a slight taste of fresh thyme ; peppery or even spicy on the finish… I dressed a salad, it was perfect without salt, without pepper, just nature. Also tasted with goat cheese “matchait” good. So great product !
Philippe Faure-Brac, best sommelier in the world, President of the Union of Sommeliers of France (UDSF), Master Sommelier – Restaurateur of the “Bistrot du Sommelier” in Paris, Latest publications «Vinitour, the wine game of France (DIG)» and « 600 questions about wine (Chêne - E/P/A)».
oil original H from the LEOS estate is a rare oil of remarkable intensity. Captivating and airy, we perceive on the nose notes of flowers, fresh aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. In mouth, it has an almost rooty ardor reminiscent of fresh ginger which brings a tangy dimension to its smoothness. An oil-condiment par excellence capable of enhancing the flavors of a vegetable, of a fish, of a poultry, goat cheese and even fruit.
