The oil of’matured olives « The Lieutenant " has been Medalist 3 stars in the prestigious competition Great Taste. This prestigious oil comes from a family estate which extends over 48 hectares and account 13 000 olive trees planted gradually over generations. This olive oil matured is the result of a controlled fermentation which makes it possible to obtain a very soft oil with notes of cocoa., mushrooms, undergrowth and black olive, without bitterness or ardor (piquant).
