L’olive oil The Lieutenant is an intense green fruitiness Gold medal at the general agricultural competition. She comes from a family estate which extends over 48 hectares and account 13 000 olive trees planted gradually over generations. An ideal oil for your raw vegetables, salads or fish.

This oil essentially uses the four varieties recognized by the appellation of the AOP Valley of Les Baux de Provence (Salonenque, Béruguette, Verdale des Bouches-du- Rhone and Grossane).

L’olive de table Picholine is a classic aperitif in Provence. This variety of olive is the most appreciated in “table green”. Picked early in the season, just before it is soaked in oil, the Picholine is the star olive of aperitifs.

The confectioners of Chateau Virant have worked this variety of’green olives according to the traditional method. After debittering, it is preserved in brine to keep its natural crunchiness. This olive with an exceptional taste will reveal all its flavor once drained.

Jar of 360gr including 220gr of drained olives. To consume without moderation.

L’green table olive Picholine is the great classic of the Provençal aperitif. This variety of olive is grown at the gates of the Camargue. The Picholine is both crunchy and tasty.

Confectioners from Bastidettes have worked this variety of’green olives according to traditional Picholine method. After debittering it is candied in water brine + salt to keep its flavor and crunch. This olive with an exceptional taste will reveal all its fruit flavor once drained.
