The authentic Provence herbs ! 100% grown and processed in France, 100% Provence. Thanks to its exceptionally high rate of essential oil (in between 1 et 3% versus 0.5% for herbs grown outside Provence), you will use 3 to 4 times less herbs for a taste result “almost equivalent”.

Ces Provence herbs are cultivated in open ground and in reasoned culture. Their high rate of essential oil naturally protects them. They are composed of : Savory 27%, Oregano 27 %, Rosemary 27%, Thyme 19%.

The true Thyme from Provence 100% grown and produced in Provence !

Thyme is undoubtedly one of the best known Provençal herbs along with rosemary.. It is also called farigoule, frigoule or badasse in Provençal.

This plant from Provence goes wonderfully with white meats such as chicken., veal or rabbit with thyme. More generally, use thyme with all white wine dishes.

Savory is undoubtedly one of the relatively unknown aromatics of Provence.. However, it offers surprising peppery notes and a smell of garrigue to all your dishes.

Savory remains the ideal seasoning for all kinds of legumes. It will spice up your chickpea-based dishes such as hummus, your beans or lentils. It can also be used on red or white meats, white sauce or vinaigrette. don't say it, but in Provence it is credited with some aphrodisiac virtues.
